You already have the dots.
“Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.”
You've followed the pages, saved the posts, bought the courses and sat through the webinars. Every week there's a new tool or update, and by now your head is full of good pieces that don't touch each other. If it feels crowded in there, you've been paying attention. The feed has no end, so you never get to finish.
More updates won't fix that. A new tool dropped onto a weak foundation just becomes one more piece on the pile. What helps is a system: a way to see how the pieces connect, plus a few steps you can act on. Tools change every month. The foundation under them changes slowly, so that's the part worth learning first. That's what this place is for, especially if you work in digital marketing or AI, where the pile grows fastest.
Before I tell you who I am, here's what I assume about you: you're busy, you're sharp, and you've had enough of people selling you a dream. Same here. I sell classes too, so hold me to the same standard.

Strategist at heart, overthinker by trade. Grid & Dots is where I put both to work.
Hi, I'm Pat Yuenyong (Por). I work in digital marketing strategy. I started at Mindshare on the Unilever team, then moved to Google Thailand and later to TikTok Thailand.
Along the way I co-founded UNFINISHED Coffee Roaster and OVERSEOUL BKK. Today I'm co-founder at FWBs, where I lead strategy, and I run Grid & Dots, where I do growth consulting and teach teams and individuals how to work with digital marketing and AI.
I give guest lectures at Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and I'm a guest speaker at industry events.

Connect the dots.
Keep the how.
Grid & Dots is where I connect what I've learned to the work you're doing. Everything here runs on one idea, in three parts.
-
Dots
What you already have. Tools, data, people, ideas, half-finished plans. Usually too many, rarely connected.
-
Grid
The system that holds them. A simple structure you can reuse, so the next problem doesn't start from zero.
-
Line
The path you actually take. Concrete steps, in the order that matters.
I teach what I've used myself, and I'll tell you when something doesn't work. Tools change every year. The thinking underneath them is what you keep.

Bring a question.
Something you're stuck on, a team that needs to catch up, or an idea you haven't said out loud yet. Send it on LINE or by email.
